Job description

We are seeking a NetSuite Solutions Architect that consists of a multidisciplinary role that designs, architects, develops, integrates with third party applications. This should be done using established industry best practices in support of NetSuites Mid-Market Manufacturing Cloud Solution; Customer Relationship Management; SuiteCommerce Advanced; and Warehouse Management (WMS). The candidate should have strong development skills/experience with SuiteScripts, SuiteCommerce extensions and SuiteTalk.

The Solutions Architect will act as a hands-on subject matter expert for Manufacturing, Accounting, Warehouse and CRM features used across several diverse and independent manufacturing processes that share a NetSuite Application., * Function as lead consultant on NetSuite ERP implementations.

  • Analyze business requirements and processes and create/communicate functional specifications for our development team.

  • Perform Gap Analysis, identify risks and provide recommendations.

  • Design solutions and identify specifications, configurations, and customizations. Document and communicate effectively to team members.

  • Develop, document, and coordinate the system tests.

  • Ability to independently manage time and tasks according to assigned priorities.

  • Perform data migration tasks from legacy to NetSuite ERP.

  • Mentor other team members and stakeholders in different modules or processes within NetSuite.

  • Develop and enforce best practices and system integrations to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Onsite or Remote? Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Candidate MUST come on-site in Madison for first day orientation. Occasional onsite visits are required at shop facilities to learn business process. Otherwise, with satisfactory performance, the candidate can work remotely within the State of Wisconsin., * 6+ years of experience designing and implementing medium to large-scale business systems and components in the realm of ERP and integrations

  • 4+ years of NetSuite experience related to application administration, solution implementation and support

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing in NetSuite and SuiteCommerce Advanced., o Strong Experience with the following NetSuite Modules/Functions

? NetSuite Mid-Market Manufacturing

? SuiteCommerce Advanced

? Customer Relationship Management

? WMS

o Advanced technical expertise in ERP Solution Architecture

o Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant (Highly desired)

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex business problems and design effective solutions.

o Continuous learning of latest NetSuite features and functionalities and releases.

o Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)

o NetSuite API (SuiteTalk)Experience in system integrations tools such as SuiteTalk, RESTlets and Netsuite SOAP APIs, SuiteScripts, SuiteBuilder

o Functionally proficient as a NetSuite user, able to advise users on ideal use cases for customizations vs native functionality

o Team player with positive attitude and passion for the opportunity.

o Source control software, such as GitLab
