Job description

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to lead the operational governance, enhancement, and long-term scalability of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Certinia (FinancialForce) and integrated business systems.

The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for balancing day-to-day Salesforce support with platform governance, stakeholder engagement, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll serve as the operational owner of the Salesforce platform while partnering with Finance, Operations, PMO, Sales, HR, and Technology teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

This is not a traditional ticket-based Salesforce Administrator role. We are seeking a proactive, strategic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and can coordinate priorities across internal teams and external consulting partners.

Where Will I Work?

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a remote or hybrid work environment based on the candidate's location in the United States. Occasional travel, up to 4 trips annually, may be required for key in-person meetings, stakeholder sessions, or project deployments.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Lead day-to-day operational ownership of the Salesforce platform and enhancement roadmap.
  • Manage platform priorities, backlog, releases, testing, QA/QC, and deployment readiness.
  • Support Salesforce administration, including Flows, automation, reports & dashboards, permissions, security, integrations, custom objects, and fields.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide operational leadership to Salesforce support resources and external consultants.
  • Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor platform health, risks, adoption, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support governance, documentation, stakeholder communication, and organizational alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years managing resources or platform operations.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Platform Administrator I, Platform Administrator II, Business Analyst and Platform App Builder are required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, governance, release management, and business process support.
  • Experience mentoring Salesforce administrators or support teams.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, engineering, or project-based organizations.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Flow automation, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and Agile/backlog management.
  • Agentforce Specialist certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI enablement, automation initiatives, or Agentforce capabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Benefits & conditions

  • Sedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work).
  • Frequently required to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of low (under 25lbs) to moderate (25-49lbs) weight objects.
  • Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching).
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change).
  • Operation of a motor vehicle.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000. Compensation will vary depending on experience, technical expertise, operational leadership experience, and platform background.

Antea Group offers its full-time and part-time employees excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans; life insurance; disability benefits; paid time off; 401(k); and a leading-edge wellness program.
