Job description

To support this mission, we're seeking a standout Senior Analyst-someone who thrives on uncovering insights from large-scale data, delivers smart, cross-channel recommendations, and communicates strategic thinking with clarity and confidence to our clients.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll lay the strategic and tactical groundwork for data-driven marketing initiatives. Your work will help drive client success across brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and digital testing strategies., As a Senior Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing measurement frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including performance reporting and both primary and secondary research.
  • Analyzing large-scale media data sets to uncover actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Synthesizing data across multiple channels-such as display, site, search, email, and social-to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance.
  • Managing regular client communications, including scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to align on strategies and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and a curiosity for emerging trends in the digital space.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and/or experience with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Sigma or PowerBI.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, DALL* E, Midjourney) is a plus-especially for ideation, research, or content generation.
  • Ability to interpret data models (ex. MMM, Propensity to Visit, etc.)
