Job description
- Support the rollout of a new ERP system
- Create and distribute clear project communications and updates
- Coordinate employee training and track completion
- Monitor progress across training, tasks, and readiness activities
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams
- Maintain organized project documentation and trackers
- Provide support during system go-live and early stabilization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ERP or system implementations
- Experience supporting change management, training, or communications efforts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud experience
- Exposure to Finance, HR, or Payroll systems
Benefits & conditions
Pay Details: $95.00 to $100.00 per hour
