Job description

  • Support the rollout of a new ERP system
  • Create and distribute clear project communications and updates
  • Coordinate employee training and track completion
  • Monitor progress across training, tasks, and readiness activities
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams
  • Maintain organized project documentation and trackers
  • Provide support during system go-live and early stabilization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with ERP or system implementations
  • Experience supporting change management, training, or communications efforts
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud experience
  • Exposure to Finance, HR, or Payroll systems

Benefits & conditions

Pay Details: $95.00 to $100.00 per hour
