Job description
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and other web technologies.
- Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient platform solutions.
Requirements
- Experience developing and integrating ServiceNow modules, including IRM, GRC, BAM, TPRM, CSM, HRSD, and Service Catalog (both out-of-the-box and customized solutions).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC, with preferred experience in configuring the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal customization and REST API integrations.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration., * Experience designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with architectural best practices.
- Ability to conduct peer code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering maintainable and high-quality solutions.
