Job description

We're looking for a technical, client-facing Project Manager to lead client meetings, manage project execution, and serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and our delivery team. This is a part-time role starting at 25-40 hours per month, with the opportunity to scale up as we onboard additional clients.

The ideal candidate is confident, direct, and technically fluent in Salesforce. You'll be running the meetings, answering client questions in real time, and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings and serve as the primary client-facing representative
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple accounts
  • Answer client questions on Salesforce functionality, configuration, and best practices
  • Speak on behalf of developers and consultants when they are unavailable
  • Translate client requests into clear, actionable tickets for the delivery team
  • Check in with developers and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Maintain organized documentation, status updates, and project records

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, consultant, or PM capacity)
  • Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Proven experience leading client-facing meetings and managing client relationships
  • Confident, direct communication style; comfortable taking control of a conversation
  • Ability to answer technical Salesforce questions independently
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or higher)
  • Experience in a consulting or agency environment
  • Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and common AppExchange tools
