Job description
The Turnkey Solutions Manager is responsible for providing clients with a well-rounded planning and service experience. You will be in a lead and/or supporting role in the planning and execution of the turnkey program as part of events, providing support, consultation and high-level logistics coordination. You will execute the event plan in alignment with the client's budget., * Consults with show organizer teams on package options and assist with "package slick" creation for exhibitor manuals/websites.
- Ability to lead and manage turnkey team on complex events.
- Single point of contact for customer graphic asset collection, structural upgrades and oversight of sold packages.
- Works with exhibitors directly to provide consultation on available graphic areas for purchase and/or production.
- Establish meeting cadence with show organizer team to provide regular updates.
- Liaison between exhibitors and Graphic Production and Operations.
- Submit orders for 3rd party vendors included in packages.
- High proficiency in writing tickets in Passport & TSS.
- Create and maintain Airtable to track status of project.
- Budget management for turnkey areas as assigned.
- Main point of contact for on-site management of turnkey exhibits.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and internal departments.
- Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to exhibitors.
- Participate in post-show debrief & provide feedback.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
- 3+ years of experience in account management or project management within the tradeshow or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service with strong organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal and external systems
- Proven capability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
