? 7+ years in Software Engineering

? 2+ years building production-grade AI/LLM applications

? Strong experience with Prompt Engineering & Function Calling

? Experience with API orchestration & enterprise integrations

? Deep understanding of AI safety, validation & observability

? Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills

???? Nice to Have:

? Experience in Financial Services or Operations

? Exposure to Temporal or workflow orchestration tools

? Knowledge of automated LLM evaluation frameworks
