Job description

Build/configure Windows workstations for corporate associates. Perform advanced software/hardware instillation, troubleshooting and diagnostics. Troubleshoot and respond to user questions. Track and update open incidents/Work Orders and/or escalate problems. Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all assigned projects and providing monthly status reports to management. Install hardware and software including operating system and office applications. Requirements

Dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual; Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related discipline; 4-6 years experience in either computer operations, hardware/software or deskside support. Highly developed experience in the installation of hardware and software. Advanced Windows 11, OneDrive experience, Office 365, Microsoft Intune/SCCM, Azure/Active Directory knowledge, Windows Hello for Business, SNOW Asset Management, advanced working knowledge of networks and network terminology, advanced repair skills for laptops/desktops and peripherals. VMware/VDI knowledge a plus.

A+ and MCP certification(s) very desirable.
