Job description
We have an immediate Openings with Our Direct Client for a Long-term contract position, An Agentic AI Developer is responsible for creating intelligent systems that behave like digital teammates-capable of analyzing tasks, making decisions, and executing workflows across real-world environments.
Core Responsibilities
- System Design: Build and orchestrate multiple AI agents that collaborate to solve complex problems.
- Decision Frameworks: Implement structured reasoning and step-by-step logic for autonomous decision-making.
- Integration: Connect agents with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
- Monitoring & Improvement: Track agent performance, analyze failures, and continuously refine workflows.
- Safety & Reliability: Ensure agents handle edge cases safely and comply with ethical/security standards.
- User Experience: Develop interfaces (chat/web UI) for seamless human-agent collaboration.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (OOP, APIs, NumPy, Pandas), plus basic JavaScript for UI.
- Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Amazon AgentCore, MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Machine Learning & LLMs:
- Understanding neural networks, embeddings, tokenization, and fine-tuning.
- Prompt engineering and evaluation of LLM outputs.
- System Integration: REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Planning & Reasoning: Multi-step problem-solving and structured agent workflows.
Non-Technical Skills
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to break down tasks into smaller steps.
- Ethics & Safety Awareness: Designing agents that act responsibly.
- Collaboration: Working with product, DevOps, and compliance teams
