Job description

  • Create high-quality UI designs in Figma that align with Customers design system and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct the full breadth of UX research including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and data synthesis.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
  • Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.oEnsure consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and iteration.
  • Utilize Figma Make and incorporate AI-driven design tools to improve design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
