Job description

Location: Remote in select locations (Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Wash DC, Los Angeles, or San Fran.) Attend in office meetings periodically., We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join our team focused on designing and deploying enterprise AI and automation solutions across internal business operations.

Requirements

Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, including document management, CRM, and Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)

Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations to connect AI solutions with existing business applications

Understanding of data flow, system architecture, and orchestration for large-scale automation solutions

Familiarity with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices, particularly in environments handling sensitive or regulated data

Experience working in professional services, legal, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries

Exposure to Dev/Test/Prod environment management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Azure DevOps, GitHub)

Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions that are actively used by business stakeholders-not just prototypes.

  • Experimental or non-production AI development, This role may be performed in a remote environment within reasonable proximity to a major U.S. metro area for occasional collaboration as needed.

Some flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or support production systems.

Compensation range: $110K - $140K depending on experience
