Blue Prism Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Blue Prism Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism. The role will be responsible for end-to-end automation delivery including development, unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), deployment support, defect resolution, and post-production hyper care., Automation Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation components using Blue Prism best practices and coding standards.
• Develop automation workflows, object layers, and exception handling mechanisms.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to RPA governance and development standards.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Create and execute unit test cases based on detailed test plans.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) in alignment with the defined RPA solution architecture.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and validate automation functionality across integrated systems.
• Identify, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve defects/issues identified during unit testing, SIT, or production validation.

Deployment & Environment Management

• Manage code migration and deployment activities across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and client teams to resolve environment-related issues.
• Support release management and deployment validation activities.
• Ensure version control and proper documentation of deployment artifacts.

Production Support & Hypercare

• Support go-live and cutover activities for automation deployments.
• Provide hyper care and post-production support to stabilize deployed automations.
• Monitor bot performance and address production incidents or operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth transition to operations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and defect triage sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the RPA delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in scalable automation development, production support, environment coordination, and working within enterprise delivery frameworks., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development with strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism.
• Experience in enterprise-scale RPA implementations and production deployments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and release management processes.
• Experience with API integrations, web automation, desktop automation, and exception handling.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments., * Blue Prism certification (Developer / Professional Developer).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools.
• Exposure to infrastructure coordination and environment management.
• Experience with monitoring tools and production support operations.
