Epic Certified Tapestry Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Consulting Epic Tapestry Analyst to join our team in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a strong background in healthcare IT consulting, specifically with the Epic Tapestry module. This position will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Epic Tapestry solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency. You will work closely with a team of analysts, developers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the successful deployment of Epic Tapestry. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and make a significant impact on our organization and the healthcare industry., Under the leadership of the Configuration Manager, the Tapestry Application Analysts primary role is to assist in the review of current system configuration as well as review potential enhancements to ensure that CMS requirements as well as business needs are being met. The Tapestry Application Analyst will have a complete working knowledge of assigned application, to include an understanding of the assigned department workflows for the associated system build/configure, upgrade and release process. The Analyst will act as a support contact for the application and will coordinate investigation, configuration, and remediation between ISS, operations, and any other affected individuals. The Analyst must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations. The analyst will perform workflow analysis, data collection and report issues associated with the software as issues are identified. The Analyst will work with end users by participating in training and troubleshooting issues and questions.

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, * Must have a Tapestry Certification

• Candidates should have 3-5 years of build experience in Epic Tapestry (Specifically: Benefits Engine for Tapestry, Tapestry Accounts Payable Administration, Tapestry Claims Administration, Tapestry Contracts Administration); additionally prefer candidates with advanced excel experience and sequel).
• Should have Medicare Advantage experience, Optum CES and PPS, Strong testing and documentation skills.
