Job description

  • Troubleshoot escalated IT issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud, and security environments
  • Support SMB clients as a trusted technical resource
  • Handle proactive maintenance, patching, and system optimization
  • Collaborate with a strong technical team on support and project work

Requirements

We're partnered with a growing, people-first Managed Services Provider seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Support Tier II who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and values strong client relationships., * 3-5+ years in an MSP environment
