SAP Support Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, analysis, and improvement of SAP business systems. You will partner closely with business users and IT teams to assist with requirement documentation, process improvement, and error resolution within their systems., * Analyze SAP system issues, document requirements, support testing, and ensure solutions align with business needs

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP business processes and users
• Escalate system defects and coordinate with SAP functional & technical teams

• 2+ years of experience working with SAP
• Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong customer service and support skills
