System Architect

• Lead enterprise-level technology initiatives across multiple IT teams.
• Design and document infrastructure and solution architecture.
• Develop technology roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, risks, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Support modernization efforts involving cloud infrastructure, application platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct upgrades and architectural reviews for .NET environments, COTS applications, and related platforms.
• Document current-state architecture and define future-state technical solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend architectural improvements.
• Create cloud migration documentation for identified workloads.
• Review disaster recovery plans and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and knowledge transfer to team members.

• Prepare status updates, technical documentation, and leadership reports.

• 10+ years of infrastructure and solution design experience.
• 7+ years of senior-level technical leadership experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading technical staff through business-critical operations.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise-level cloud infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience with infrastructure architecture, systems design, cloud strategy, and enterprise modernization.
• Experience working on complex projects across multiple technical domains.
• Ability to mentor technical teams, supervisors, and support engineers.
• Experience developing cost-benefit analysis for technology decisions and roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
