Artificial Intelligence Consultant

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise GenAI platforms and AI-powered applications.
• Design and develop Agentic AI workflows leveraging autonomous and multi-agent frameworks.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop intelligent workflow automation solutions utilizing GenAI and AI agents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define use cases, and engineer scalable solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on GenAI Lead / Architect to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Agentic AI workflows, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, workflow automation, and scalable AI platform engineering, combining technical mastery with the ability to transform complex business challenges into impactful AI-driven solutions., Generative AI & LLMs

• Proven experience with:
• OpenAI GPT models, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral
• Expertise in:
• Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, function calling, tool integration
• AI agent orchestration and context management
• Memory handling

Agentic AI & Workflow Orchestration

• Hands-on experience designing autonomous AI systems with:
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex
• Deep understanding of:
• Multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning workflows, human-in-the-loop workflows, AI orchestration patterns

RAG & Knowledge Systems

• Practical experience with:
• RAG architecture, vector databases, embedding models, semantic and hybrid search, document ingestion pipelines
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, Milvus, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch

Backend & API Development

• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience building:
• REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask microservices, async processing pipelines
• Familiar with API integration patterns and enterprise system integration

Cloud, DevOps & Deployment

• Experience with:
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform
• Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, logging, AI governance, and security

Frontend & UI

• Working knowledge of:
• Angular, TypeScript, React (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate on AI-powered UI/UX and conversational interfaces

Data & Databases

• Experience with:
• SQL/NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Data pipelines and ETL workflows

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI copilots and enterprise assistants
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Workflow tools such as Apache Airflow, n8n, Temporal, Camunda
• AI security, responsible AI, and governance frameworks
• Domain expertise in Capital Markets, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or other enterprise sectors
• Familiarity with OCR, speech-to-text, and multimodal AI solutions, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/GenAI architecture and solutioning
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership in driving enterprise AI adoption
