As a Network Engineer , the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our customers. You will play a crucial role in these work areas:

Analyzes customer requirements and provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate complexity

Performs maintenance and upgrade of networks including load balancers, routers, switches, firewalls, and networks

Maintains network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintains system backup and recovery capability

Coordinates hardware and software acquisition

Creates plans and configures systems for data communication networks

Supports the design and build of hardware and software components for computer or telecommunications networks

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

Create and maintain documentation of networking processes
Requirements
Cisco Technologies,Networking,Networks, 2 + years of related experience, Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Network Engineer must have:

Benefits & conditions
The likely salary range for this position is $73,965 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee's date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
