Job description
- Operational coordination of the engineering team - standups, sprints, demos, retrospectives.
- Track engineering work against plan; surface risks and blockers.
- Light Business Analysis: clarify user stories, document acceptance criteria, support product owners.
- Maintain regular delivery reporting in partnership with the Delivery Manager.
- Coordinate team capacity and time tracking.
- Partner with our PM / Product Owner counterparts on cross-team coordination.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience in software engineering contexts.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban delivery models.
- Strong grasp of project management principles.
- Experience building project plans, milestones, etc. from scratch.
- Strong English-language fluency.
- Available during US business hours, CT timezone preferred.
- Comfort with Business Analysis work.
- Strong attention to detail in time tracking and operational reporting.
- Experience working for US-based companies in regulated industries, reporting to US stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- PMP / Scrum / Kanban certifications.
- Experience supporting US-based clients.
- Exposure to .NET / C# software contexts, legacy modernization projects.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools.
