Job description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, and logistics teams in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for order processing, customer communication, and issue resolution while ensuring high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Experience with SAP is a significant plus., * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, availability, and delivery

  • Process and manage customer orders from entry through shipment using SAP
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with production, planning, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order changes, delays, or delivery updates
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and pricing data in SAP and related systems
  • Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Support sales representatives with order details, documentation, and customer follow-up
  • Prepare and manage customer documentation, including order confirmations, invoices, and shipping paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer service processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
