Job description
Overview: As an Analytics Engineer at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain BI reporting solutions using Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate technical specs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop and execute database queries and perform analyses. Create visualizations and reports for specified projects. Evaluate, improve, and optimize current reporting. Maintain data connectivity and refresh schedules for all Power BI reports. Assist with troubleshooting system and data issues.
Requirements
4+ Years delivering analytics including developing visualizations in Power BI. 1+ Years experience leading Power BI initiatives, implementation, or governance. Certification in Power BI. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate. Experience with advanced data visualization techniques. Strong understanding of Salesforce data. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Experience with SQL. Experience with Snowflake, Rivery, dbt, or Azure Data Factory is a plus. Experience with Power BI Copilot or other AI assisted reporting tools is a plus. Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
