Job description

  • Lead and support vehicle integration, system checkout, and validation activities across ADAS and autonomous platforms.
  • Execute vehicle-level testing, including scheduling, test planning, procedure development, and data collection.
  • Calibrate sensors such as radar, vision, and lidar, and support full vehicle system integration.
  • Drive test vehicles and perform real-world data acquisition and analysis.
  • Define and support vehicle architectures, including power, communications, and system-level design.
  • Coordinate with global engineering teams to meet program deliverables and timelines.
  • Document test results, identify issues, and support root cause analysis.
  • Support product demos, benchmarking activities, and pursuit efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and Automotive SPICE standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 2+ years of vehicle-level testing experience in ADAS/Autonomous Driving or 3+ years in vehicle testing (durability, dynamics, or homologation).
  • Experience with vehicle builds and hands-on testing activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through complex technical issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet).
  • Familiarity with tools such as CANalyzer, CANape, or similar.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Exposure to ADAS/active safety feature validation.
  • Experience with system-level architecture or integration.

This is a Contract position based out of Carmel, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
