Enterprise Resources Planning Program Manager

• 7+ years of program/project management experience
• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience (JD Edwards required)
• Experience with large-scale, multi-system deployments (ERP + WMS together)
• Distribution/supply chain/warehousing industry background - non-negotiable
• Comfortable presenting to and working alongside EVPs, VPs, and Presidents
• Ability to build a master program plan that aligns multiple project timelines
• Strong EQ and stakeholder management - must integrate like an employee, not a consultant

Nice-to-Haves

• Infor WMS experience (ideal, but generic WMS with large deployments is acceptable)
• Shopify or ecommerce platform exposure
• Workato or middleware/integration experience
• PMP certification (plus, not required)
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
