Sr Technical Program Manager

• We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to support a high-visibility streaming platform environment focused on WebCTV applications across Smart TVs, Consoles, and STB devices.
• This role is heavily focused on agile program execution, technical coordination, cross-functional troubleshooting, and release management across multiple engineering teams.
• The ideal candidate brings strong Scrum Master and Agile PM experience within complex software delivery environments and can effectively bridge technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team communication by providing accurate and proactive project tracking to internal partners and the broader organization
• Champion Agile methodologies across assigned teams and partner with the PMO to implement Agile best practices
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and facilitate communication across multiple engineering and product teams
• Identify and remove delivery impediments that impact velocity, timelines, or release quality
• Partner with program managers and leadership teams to manage dependencies, risks, and release planning
• Support WebCTV platform initiatives across Smart TVs, Consoles, and STB environments
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts between frontend, ad services, stitcher, and platform teams to identify root causes and prioritize fixes
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to manage expectations, prioritization, and backlog refinement
• Build strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams
• Drive continuous process improvements focused on delivery speed, efficiency, and quality

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Program Manager or Scrum Master supporting complex software systems from inception through release
• Experience coordinating cadence-based software releases across multiple teams
• Strong experience operating within Agile PMO environments
• Proven ability to manage risks, remove blockers, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies
• Experience interfacing between technical and business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Experience improving delivery efficiency and team productivity
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across large groups
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments
