Job description
As a Senior Data Analytics Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading data analytics initiatives that drive business insights and operational efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in developing analytical strategies and managing a team of analytics professionals to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization.
You will report directly to our Director Data Analytics and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by leveraging data to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring that analytics initiatives align with strategic business goals., + Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to drive high-quality analytical work.

Develop and implement data analytics strategies to extract insights from complex data sets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities for analytics-driven solutions

Provide mentorship to team members to develop advanced analytics skills and adopt structured problem-solving approaches.
Requirements

8+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Apply excellent supply chain problem-solving skills to resolve challenges, implement process improvements, and guide team members in best practices.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Production Planning and Sourcing processes, with a good understanding of Demand Management and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to support efficient and compliant operations.
