The engineering team is focused on creating reliable, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure that enables the ingestion, transformation, storage, and delivery of critical healthcare data. You will work on systems that process high volumes of data while supporting analytics, reporting, and operational workflows across the organization., * Design and develop scalable backend services and platform infrastructure

• Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Support systems responsible for processing large healthcare datasets and operational workflows
• Improve automation, reliability, and observability across the platform
• Develop reusable tooling and frameworks that streamline integration development
• Partner with analytics, implementation, and cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and quality
• Contribute to architectural improvements that enhance scalability and operational efficiency
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain strong engineering standards
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to system performance, data quality, and operational processes
• Help create scalable data models that support analytics and reporting initiatives

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python, Django, and React
• Recent hands-on experience building production-level applications and services
• Strong experience with backend development and scalable systems
• Experience designing and supporting data pipelines and ingestion frameworks
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience working within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to lead projects from design through implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience partnering with cross-functional technical and business teams
