Job description
- Manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Cisco networking, servers, and data center infrastructure.
- Maintain cloud environments, backups, replication, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitor system performance, logs, security, and uptime compliance.
- Lead hardware/software upgrades, patching, and phone/call center systems.
- Provide technical leadership, staff supervision, and project management.
- Support Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Nutanix environments.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex IT issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of networking/infrastructure experience, preferably in financial services.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with Azure/AWS, Cisco technologies, VMware/Nutanix, and Microsoft environments.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SIP, SD-WAN, and data center operations.
- Certifications in VMware, Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, or storage technologies are a plus.
