Job description
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day execution of multiple AI pilot workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, and decision tracking
- Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, and storytelling materials to communicate AI activities and business impacts
- Track pilot goals, milestones, performance measures, issues, and risks to ensure successful project delivery
- Synthesize insights and trends across pilots to inform scaling and adoption strategies
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action logs, and follow-up materials to facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment
Requirements
- Extensive experience in program or project management, marketing operations, consulting, or strategic communications
- Proven support experience for enterprise AI initiatives, digital transformation, or complex cross-functional projects
- Strong presentation development and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft polished executive materials from rough inputs
- Excellent multitasking skills, managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, or project management platforms
