Infrastructure Lead /MSP Manager

We are seeking an Infrastructure Lead / MSP Manager to support and manage a Network MSP provider environment for a mid-to-large enterprise organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working in companies with 1000+ employees, preferably within the Energy or Oil & Gas industry.

This role is focused more on MSP/vendor management, infrastructure coordination, communication, and network architecture understanding rather than deep hands-on networking., * 5+ years of Infrastructure, Network Operations, or MSP management experience

• Experience managing MSP providers in enterprise environments (1000+ employees preferred)
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and architecture concepts
• Experience working in Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas environments preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments including networking, cloud, and support operations

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar technologies
• Understanding of ITIL or IT service management processes
• Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
• Previous experience supporting enterprise infrastructure projects or operations
