Agile Specialist

Optomi is partnering with a leading organization in the entertainment industry to hire an Agile Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile software delivery practices across HR technology initiatives. This position is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring the successful adoption of Agile methodologies within the company. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving complex problems, mentoring team members, and negotiating innovative solutions. • Support the Product Manager in prioritizing product roadmap initiatives relative to business needs
• Drive consistent metric tracking and dashboard visualization for internal teams and stakeholders

• Strong experience facilitating Scrum processes and events (minimum 5 years)
• Proven experience in various agile methodologies
• Experience delivering and supporting SaaS applications
