Job description

Manage the Production support for all SAP ERP/Bolt-Ons landscape and instances in AMERICAS time zone

  • Key responsibilities include effectively managing day to day critical incidents to successful completion within SLAs, managing SAP escalations including complex/cross functional SAP issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for SAP issues to prevent reoccurrence and reduce future ticket volume, performing transports review and Run Manager Approvals, fire fighter approvals and audits
  • Also, will be responsible for managing projects to implement standard SAP support processes and tools for all SAP instances, driving automation and innovation in delivering SAP support. Transition new projects and deployments to standard SAP support model, supporting compliance audits and vendor management.
  • You will be the primary interface to Business Partners, Service Owners and SAP super users in AMERICAS region to manage incidents, escalations, and ticket reviews for all Honeywell Aerospace.
  • You will be a key member of the Enterprise Run team, engaging in all aspects of SAP Run support.
  • Responsible for working with third parties and service owners to develop plans to use GenAI technologies in all areas of SAP ERP application support. Owning and managing GenAI projects.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP Modules like Manufacturing, Project Systems, Order Management, Finance, HR, PI/PO, Logistics or other is important

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of in-depth knowledge of SAP Systems, SDLC process and Run support

The annual base salary range for this position is in Minnesota is $137,000-175,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
