Assess existing on-prem VMware workloads and develop migration strategies to AWS, Azure, or GCP (e.g., VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure VMware Solution, GCVE)
-
Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure hybrid cloud architectures leveraging VMware and native cloud services
-
Deploy and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates for both VMware and cloud-native environments
-
Manage and optimize core VMware components including clusters, storage (vSAN), networking (NSX), and disaster recovery solutions
-
Support and optimize IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS integrations as part of cloud migration and modernization initiatives
-
Ensure seamless connectivity and workload mobility between on-prem VMware environments and cloud platforms
