Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We're hiring an Applied AI Developer to help build practical, production-grade AI solutions that drive real business impact.

In this role, you'll work on:

• Evaluating where AI and agentic systems create real value
• Building tools, platforms, and workflows for modern AI development
• Designing multi-agent systems, orchestration, memory, MCP integrations, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Creating evaluation frameworks, simulation testing, and regression systems to improve reliability at scale
• Implementing AI governance patterns, including guardrails, auditability, data lineage, and responsible AI practices
• Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, product, security, and platform teams to bring AI use cases into production

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years building applied AI systems in production
• Strong Python and/or Go skills
• Experience with multi-agent or agent-driven systems
• Hands-on work with tools such as LangGraph, Google ADK, Mastra, Claude Agent SDK, Langfuse, LangSmith, Braintrust, OpenAI, and Anthropic
• Strong backend and systems design fundamentals
• Cloud experience in AWS and/or GCP
• Experience working with enterprise APIs, auth patterns, SQL/NoSQL, and scalable architecture

Nice to have:

• AI eval tooling experience
• MCP server development
• Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
• RAG architecture experience
• Inference cost optimization experience
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf

Pay range and compensation package, The hourly pay range for this position is $50 to $60 on a W2 basis. As a contract/temporary professional, you are eligible for medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance coverage. You may also enroll in our company's 401(k) plan.
