Benefits & conditions
The majority of this role focuses on hands-on technical leadership-including system architecture, cloud-native application design, code quality, and mentoring engineers-rather than people management. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence over architectural decisions, engineering standards, and long-term technical strategy. This role is well-suited for someone who values architectural ownership, autonomy, and meaningful technical impact, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Compensation $80-96/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role begin on the first day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA/FSA/DCFSA options, 401(k) with employer match, and paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as required by applicable law.
