Tier 3 Microsoft 365 Entra Administrator

IDR is seeking a Tier 3 Microsoft 365 Entra Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role supports the management and security of a complex hybrid identity environment within a leading organization in the technology sector. The position offers an engaging opportunity to work on advanced identity and access management solutions, ensuring security and governance compliance., * Serve as the highest escalation point for identity-related incidents, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Lead identity security strategy initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles, working closely with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Manage and optimize hybrid identity environments involving on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Mentor Tier 1-2 support personnel, focusing on automation and governance improvements.
• Ensure audit-ready identity operations utilizing tools such as ServiceNow and NetIQ.

• 5+ years of IAM experience, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Entra ID in a hybrid environment
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust identity controls
• Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, identity workflows)
• Strong PowerShell and automation skills
