Job description
The Digital Platforms Analyst supports the operational, marketing, and administrative functions of Monkee's digital systems and franchise support platforms. This role works under the Director of Digital Platforms to assist franchisees with onboarding digital processes, operational tracking, shipping and account setup, reporting, and system coordination for both new and existing stores., Franchise Onboarding & Operational Support
- Assist franchisees with completion of Heartland agreements and required onboarding documentation
- Set up stores supporting onboarding including Klaviyo, Google Buisiness, Instagram, Canva and other platforms
Digital Platforms & Systems Support
- Create and manage UPS accounts for franchise locations and assist stores with shipping-related issues
- Support Monkee's owner order management through ShipStation
- Assist with all digital platform coordination, account management, and administrative system support for both Heartland POS, Heartland Payments and Shopify
- Assist franchisees with Shipstation
- Assist the Director of Digital Platforms with system implementation, reporting, and operational projects as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects and systems in a fast-paced franchise environment., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Retail Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, franchise support, administrative coordination, digital platforms, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital operations platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
Preferred Skills
- Retail or franchise industry experience
- Experience working with shipping platforms, operational systems, or onboarding processes
- Familiarity with reporting, operational tracking, and process improvement
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with franchise owners and internal teams
