Tasks

• Ensure stable operation of IT systems with 350 clients and 120 servers.
• Lead the development of our M365 environment and cloud migrations.
• Manage IT security using tools like Microsoft Defender and Burpsuite., As an ICT System Specialist, you ensure the stable operation of the entire IT infrastructure. This includes, among other things, the following core tasks:
• Ensuring the entire operation of the IT system and application landscape with around 350 clients and approximately 120 servers including network, servers, Active Directory and data centre
• Main responsibility for the support and further development of our M365 environment
• Ensuring IT security / cybersecurity using Microsoft Defender as well as other tools such as ZPE Zapp, Burpsuite and Pincastle
• Planning and execution of cloud migrations
• Independent receipt and processing of support requests in 2nd level support
• Further development, continuous optimisation and automation of existing systems and applications
• Monitoring, coordination and support of interfaces between different systems
• Administration and management of the entire IT infrastructure including monitoring, security and backup with a focus on a modern and secure infrastructure and system landscape
• Planning and implementation of IT projects
• Taking on on-call duties to ensure availability and handling of urgent matters outside regular working hours

• Completed IT education with experience in IT infrastructure and support.
• Strong knowledge in cloud, networks, and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English., You have completed training in computer science and bring proven experience in IT infrastructure and IT support. You are motivated and enthusiastic about actively shaping our cloud migrations. Additionally, you have:
• Completed computer science apprenticeship in platform development EFZ or comparable training with relevant further education
• Several years of professional experience in the IT environment with a focus on M365 as well as experience in support
• Solid expertise in cloud, network infrastructure, virtualisation and system environments such as Microsoft, Windows and Linux as well as Active Directory
• Experience in the field of cyber security as well as knowledge of common security solutions and tools such as Microsoft Defender, Zscaler ZPA, Burp Suite or PingCastle
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented as well as cooperative working style and high resilience
• Strong communication skills and confident handling of different stakeholders
• Good German and English skills
