Job description
We are looking for Technical Support Agents with Portuguese to provide technical assistance to a project with a world leading software development company. If you have similar previous experience, or you have developed as an IT Technician, and you are interested in the offer, do not hesitate to apply!
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese (native) and English (advanced). Spanish is a plus!
- Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism.
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving

Full time (39h) contract, from Monday to Friday, rotative between 09.00 - 21.00
