Own quality: write unit, integration, and e2e tests; drive observability and performance. Participate in on-call rotations to maintain reliability and availability. Core Backend5+ years of professional development with Node.js & Type Script. Strong understanding of asynchronous patterns (Promises, streams, Rx JS preferred). Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Rabbit MQ) and distributed systems. Solid work with RDBMS (My SQL/Postgre SQL), No SQL (Dynamo DB/Mongo DB/Redis), and columnar/analytic DBs (Click House/Redshift). Proven delivery of production-ready solutions, including testing (unit/e2e), observability, and performance tuning. Hands-on with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker). Good grasp of system design, API design, and network protocols. Frontend ProficiencyCommercial experience with React (and Redux or modern

Experience building and reviewing clean, testable, performant code across the stack. Nice to HaveExperience with enterprise patterns, microservices at scale, DI frameworks (e.g., Inversify). Exposure to Event Sourcing and CQRS. Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure). Performance engineering and active production observation (metrics, tracing, profiling).
