Cyber Security Specialist

Taking the lead in analyzing cybersecurity risks and implementing measures regarding the assets in client's OT environment. This environment consists of applications, services, OT platforms, a (telecom) network, and IT for OT.

Managing security processes and issues within the operational technology that controls and monitors the electricity grid. This includes, among other things, assessing configurations and log files in our landscape, hardening, operationalizing control measures, investigating and evaluating the security maturity, 'health', and resilience of the OT domain, preparing reports, and guiding penetration tests. Addressing security issues within our domain, taking the necessary initiatives for this, and embedding these in security and lifecycle evolution plans (security-by-design).

Moving forward with full energy with the Security & Architecture team You will work in a close-knit team of 12 colleagues within the OT Infrastructure & Telecom (OTI&T) department. This department focuses on the operational technology that controls and monitors the electricity grid. We do this within the Business Complex (High Voltage) chain. Together with our second-line colleagues from the CISO Office, HSE (continuity), and Corporate Affairs (privacy), we work on strengthening the resilience of our vital energy supply. Security-by-design and continuous improvement are central to this. Enthusiasm, fun, equality, and craftsmanship are important to us, and we learn from each other. You will work alternately from home, at the office in Delft, and at our high-voltage substations and data centers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Cyber Security, and 5+ years of experience as a cybersecurity specialist.
• Experience applying security in complex operational and technical environments.
• Knowledge of the operational engineering (OT) domain and familiar with security standards such as IEC62443 and ISO27001.
• Preferably certified (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CEH, IEC, or equivalent).
