assess the performance and commercial impact of digital features Leading agile ceremonies and ensuring user stories and sprint goals are clearly understood Managing smooth transitions from delivery to BAU teams and supporting continuous optimisation Building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities through insight and research Ensuring all communications and journeys support good customer outcomes under Consumer Duty Who we're looking for: Experience working as a Product Owner or within an agile delivery team Strong understanding of digital journey design and multi-channel customer experiences Ability to collaborate across functions and influence effectively in a matrix environment Knowledge of UX principles and how to use customer insight to inform design Commercial awareness with experience building business cases and articulating value Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CDPs or CRM integrations, Excellent communication and stakeholder, The Product Owner will define and own the product vision and backlog, shaping and delivering customer-centric digital journeys to support better financial decision-making. This involves partnering with various teams to enable data-driven solutions, tracking KPIs, leading agile ceremonies, and ensuring good customer outcomes under Consumer Duty.
