Job Description We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a talented team of engineers. In this role, you will apply your software engineering expertise to guide the team in delivering high-quality, high-value solutions for our customers. You will take a strategic view across adjacent teams to identify opportunities for greater alignment and standardisation, helping to strengthen our engineering practices and outcomes. Additionally, you will use your people-leadership skills to foster continuous learning, growth, and development within the team. What you'll be doing: Delivering hands-on React Native solutions for at least one large-scale commercial project Applying strong JavaScript and TypeScript expertise gained through web or backend development, The Engineering Manager will lead and inspire a team of engineers, applying software expertise to deliver high-value solutions while taking a strategic view across adjacent teams for alignment and standardization. Responsibilities include delivering hands-on React Native solutions, building REST-based microservices, and contributing technically by delivering features and conducting code reviews.
