Job description

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover., * Research and gather business information from a variety of internal and external sources

  • Accurately input and maintain data within the company CRM system
  • Clean, validate and update large datasets to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Use Excel to organise, analyse and manipulate data efficiently
  • Support the sales and pre-sales teams with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Identify missing or inaccurate information and proactively resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Assist with generating reports, spreadsheets, and sales support documentation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented pre-sales Data Administrator to support our sales team by gathering, analysing and inputting data into our CRM system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills and is comfortable handling large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.

You will play a key role in ensuring our CRM contains high-quality, up-to-date information that supports business development and sales activities. Full training will be provided, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.

This role will also involve providing wider administrative and support across the business during quieter periods, making flexibility and teamwork important qualities for the successful candidate., * Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas, filters, lookups, and large datasets
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data on a daily basis
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A proactive and methodical approach to work

Previous administrative or data entry experience is beneficial but not essential, The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with data, takes pride in accuracy and thrives in a structured environment. You should be confident using Excel, eager to learn new systems and capable of maintaining high standards when working with detailed information.
