Network Provisioning Manager

Managing the end-to-end implementation of telecoms access service ordersCoordinating delivery activities for services including local loop, internet access and hardware provisioningMaintaining proactive communication and delivery updates with internal and external stakeholders throughout the order lifecycleTracking supplier deliverables against KPIs and updating internal ordering and tracking systems accuratelyEnsuring customer delivery milestones are achieved while minimising provisioning delaysCollaborating closely with Procurement, Provisioning, Project Management and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery

Proven experience within UK telecoms provisioning or order management environmentsStrong stakeholder and escalation management capabilitiesExcellent coordination, scheduling and time management skillsKnowledge of telecoms technologies such as IP VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, WLAN, MLAN, VoIP and security productsStrong customer focus with a commitment to service excellenceExperience using provisioning, tracking and reporting toolsA proactive and highly self-motivated approach to delivery managementGood understanding of ITIL processes
