Oracle EPM Specialist

You'll be working on large-scale transformation projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders across finance and technology teams, and helping shape the future of enterprise planning and reporting capabilities. The successful Oracle EPM Consultant will play a key role in the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of Oracle EPM solutions across the business. The role offers exposure to enterprise-scale programmes, complex stakeholder environments, and long-term career growth within a highly recognised UK institution., * Deliver and support Oracle EPM solutions across finance transformation initiatives

• Work closely with finance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations
• Participate in system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Drive process improvements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting functions
• Support integration activities and data management processes
• Collaborate within cross-functional project teams in an agile delivery environment

• 5+ years' experience working with Oracle EPM technologies
• Experience with one or more Oracle EPM modules, including: FCCS, EPBCS / PBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting.
• Strong understanding of finance and performance management processes
• Experience working on large enterprise or transformation programmes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
