Job description

We are supporting a major UK financial services organisation looking to strengthen its Oracle EPM capability! This is an opportunity to join a well-established enterprise environment where Oracle EPM sits at the heart of strategic finance and performance management initiatives. You'll be working on large-scale transformation projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders across finance and technology teams, and helping shape the future of enterprise planning and reporting capabilities. The successful Oracle EPM Consultant will play a key role in the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of Oracle EPM solutions across the business. The organisation is investing heavily in modernising its finance systems landscape, making this an exciting time to join. The role offers exposure to enterprise-scale programmes, complex stakeholder environments, and long-term career growth within a highly recognised UK institution., * Deliver and support Oracle EPM solutions across finance transformation initiatives

  • Work closely with finance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations
  • Participate in system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Drive process improvements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting functions
  • Support integration activities and data management processes
  • Collaborate within cross-functional project teams in an agile delivery environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working with Oracle EPM technologies
  • Experience with one or more Oracle EPM modules, including: FCCS, EPBCS / PBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of finance and performance management processes
  • Experience working on large enterprise or transformation programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
