We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Administrator to provide day-to-day technical support for end users across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, and peripherals while delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with endpoint management tools, and the ability to provide white glove support to executives and VIP users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day desktop and end user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox.Install, configure, and support Adobe PDF Reader and Adobe Acrobat Writer.Support and troubleshoot antivirus and endpoint protection tools, including SentinelOne.Assist users with Lotus Notes and SAP application support.Perform desktop and laptop imaging, provisioning, deployment, and refresh activities.Use SCCM and Microsoft Intune to deploy software, manage endpoints, and maintain device compliance.Deliver responsive white glove support to executives and other VIP users.Document incidents, resolutions, and support procedures to maintain accurate IT records and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently.
