Business Data Analyst (HR)

The LDM Group LLC is seeking a part-time Data Analyst (Workforce Analytics) to support federal workforce planning and workforce analytics initiatives. The selected candidate will support workforce analytics, reporting, forecasting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making activities in support of federal human capital operations.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule with primarily remote support and occasional onsite meetings within the Washington, DC metropolitan area based on client requirements., * Analyze workforce and HR-related datasets to identify trends, risks, and workforce gaps

• Support workforce planning, forecasting, and staffing analytics activities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Conduct data validation, quality assurance reviews, and trend analysis
• Prepare executive-level reports and briefing materials
• Support workforce modeling and scenario analysis activities
• Participate in virtual and onsite meetings with stakeholders as required
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive workforce information

Do you have experience in Performance dashboard reports?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday during normal business hours, excluding Federal holidays Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States Clearance: Public Trust eligibility preferred, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field

• Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting workforce analytics, HR analytics, or data analysis initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting federal agencies preferred, * Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and workforce metrics

Part-time position scheduled for approximately 30 hours per week. Expected compensation range is approximately $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
