Job description

We are seeking a highly creative and user-focused Lead UX/UI Designer to lead end-to-end research and design initiatives. This role requires a strong UX mindset to bridge the gap between creative design and functional user experience, delivering impactful, user-centered solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping digital experiences through research insights, visual storytelling, and innovative design strategies., * Lead and execute end-to-end UX research (user interviews, usability testing, surveys)

  • Translate research findings into user personas, journey maps, and actionable recommendations
  • Design and deliver high-quality storyboards, layouts, icons, infographics, and animations
  • Develop reusable templates and media assets to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Apply creative problem-solving to complex design and training challenges
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and actively participate in daily scrums and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Bridge creative concepts with practical UX functionality to enhance overall user experience

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX research methodologies and design execution
  • Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Figma
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Animate)
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize research insights into meaningful design solutions
  • Experience with UX tools for wireframing, prototyping, and research, * Experience creating scalable design systems or reusable design assets
  • Familiarity with modern UX research and prototyping tools
  • Exposure to animation and interactive media design
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
