Director of Workforce Solutions (Mission Critical Systems, Data centers)

• Drive New Business: Target and close high-volume sitewide staffing contracts for data center construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Own the Sales Lifecycle: Lead enterprise RFP responses, negotiate complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and structure volume-based project pricing models.
• Build Technical Pipelines: Partner with internal delivery teams to design scalable labor pools for Critical Facilities Engineers (CFEs), MEP specialists, and specialized electrical trades.
• Maintain Client Success: Conduct executive-level business reviews to monitor sitewide compliance, labor safety, service delivery, and account expansion.

Do you have experience in Workforce management?, * Industry Expertise: 7+ years of business development or staffing leadership experience, with at least 2+years focused specifically on data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.

• Proven Closer: A documented track record of winning million-dollar enterprise staffing accounts and structured contingent labor programs.
• Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of data center lifecycles, power/cooling infrastructure (UPS, chillers, generators), and facility uptime requirements.
• Network: An active network of contacts among data center operators, hyperscalers, or specialized MEP contractors.
